This cuve differentiates itself from the Mosaque Brut with its minimalist dosage that highlights the mineral aspect of the champagne. Very pure with iodine and mineral aromas along with lightly toasted and floral notes, dried fruits and citrus. Balanced with lemon zest, white fruits and some dried fruits sensations. VARIETAL: 40% of Chardonnay 35% of Pinot Noir 25% of Pinot Meunier
