After traditional Aging in French Oak we allowed the Cabernet Sauvignon to age in old charred oak barrels from some America’s finest bourbon distilleries to impart additional layers of flavor and a bolder and more intense character to our Cabernet Sauvignon

SMELL: Black fruit aromas such as blackberries and blackcurrants come to the fore

Makes an excellent aperitif when served chilled or as a long drink with tonic water and a slice of lemon

The complexity is supported by subtle notes of tobacco; cedar; and clove that with vanilla and mocha to extend the wines long lingering finish. A great expression from this idyllic terroir.
