Flush base Cymbal stand that looks identical to a Hayman stand except it doesnt say hayman and it has different (better) wingnuts on it so im guessing its another Dallas Arbiter brand

It doesn't have a very big cut in for the wrap but it has the diagonal join and I can't see any evidence of additional holes so I'm pretty confident this is just over of the unusual ones
