Thibaud Boudignon Savennieres Clos de la Hutte 2023 Consignment Rare Cask Finished in ChâteauClos de la Hutte is one of Boudignon's single vineyard Savennires, drawn from old vine Chenin Blanc on the steep schist and volcanic rhyolite slopes that define this appellation. Boudignon works almost exclusively with Chenin Blanc, and his wines from Savennires and Anjou are among the best in the world. Like all of his wines, this is made in the vineyard. Thibaud has farmed organically since the beginning; he's a vigneron in the truest sense, picking
