I know nothing about Paradox, it's very rare for these to throw variegation. This one shipped well, but is petite. She's measuring in at just about 1. 5" across. Stem is not straight, but once in soil you can plant her however you like and she will appear perfect (even if the stem goes in at a diagonal). She has a couple of fresh roots starting at her
